ZONING REVIEW AND UPDATE

The Community Development Department and the Planning Commission have developed a proposal to update the permitted uses in each zoning district and amend specific zoning district boundaries.

The proposal will aid the City in implementing the goals and polices of the City's Comprehensive Plan by promoting infill development, increasing density in proximity to services and amenities, and allowing for mixed use development.
